I have a PhD in computer science and computational biology from MIT CSAIL, completed a postdoc at Harvard Medical School, and have 30 years of experience in software development. I received a TED Fellowship in 2011, a Feast Fellowship in 2013, and was part of the inaugural class of Singularity University in 2009. I am a Xoogler (worked at Google on statistical semantics, AI and NLP, helping found Ray Kurzweil's artificial intelligence team). I am currently developing a system for automatic parallelization to solve the multicore dilemma.
