I have a PhD in computer science and computational biology from MIT CSAIL, completed a postdoc at Harvard Medical School, and have 28 years of programming experience. I received a TED Fellowship in 2011, a Feast Fellowship in 2013, and was part of the inaugural class of Singularity University in 2009.
I am currently employed by Google, where I am working on statistical semantics. I was recruited by Ray Kurzweil (who was recruited by Larry Page) to work on a new generation of AI and natural language processing technologies.
